For venues

You run something on a schedule — trivia, poker, karaoke, a featured artist, a monthly tasting — and the only place it's written down is a Facebook post from March. We'd like to fix that, and it costs you nothing.

Can we pay to rank higher?
No, and there is no version of this site where you can. Ordering on every page is by night, then start time. If we ever sell anything to venues it will sit beside the listings, and it will be labelled.

What a listing gets you

  • A page for your venue, with every night you run, the start times, and a link back to your own site.
  • A place on the city page, the night page, and the page for that kind of night — the three ways people actually look for this. A venue that runs five different things appears on five of them.
  • Structured event data that search engines and AI assistants can read, so "trivia near me" or "poker near me" has something correct to find — including the right repeat schedule for anything that isn't weekly.
  • Corrections handled by a human within a few days, permanently, at no cost.

What we'll ask you for

One link. Whatever page of yours shows the schedule — your site, your events page, your Instagram highlights. We verify against it before publishing and re-check it on a cycle, so a link that stays current means your listing stays current.

Already listed and something's wrong?

Find your venue page and hit "correct this listing", or email hello@thursdaynights.com.au from your venue's domain and we'll treat it as authoritative. If you've stopped running a night, tell us and we'll pull it — a stale listing sending people to a quiet room is worse for you than no listing at all.

Data and privacy

We publish what you already publish: venue name, suburb, the night, the start time, and a link to your page. We don't publish contact details, and we don't sell or pass on anything you send us through the form. See how this works for the full picture.
